Fostering payments for all foster carers, including those who foster with Independent Fostering Agencies, are set by the Minister for Children and they represent the maximum that can be paid by us or other independent fostering agencies.

The allowances you receive when fostering with us are exempt from taxation under the Finance Bill 2005.
