All children or young people placed with FFI are cared for using the Key Care Team Model® approach. Key Care Team Model® is an integrated model of foster care based on therapeutic thinking and practice. It ensures that each foster child is supported by a ‘key care team’ who work together to ensure that the care they provide addresses all the child’s needs. Using the Key Care Team Model® approach in practice on a daily basis, FFI strives to provide high quality stable placements for children and young people.
A funding agreement must be signed and returned to FFI in advance of any placement commencing.
