FFI Performance and Development Review (PDR) Process

The Performance and Development Review (PDR) process has been designed to encourage personal development and continual skills improvement.

We operate using a PDR Cycle, which ensures that you receive regular supervision with your line manager.

FFI's Values provides you with a detailed picture of expectations and will be used as a discussion tool to highlight your strengths and development areas. Your end of year Joint Review will include creation of a Personal Development Plan (PDP) to identify learning solutions to aid your future development.
 

FFI Employee Training and Development 

We offer a range of training opportunities from generic courses such as Equality & Diversity, IT skills and Health & Safety along with specialist training relevant to your role. FFI also provide a range of courses to develop management skills, teamwork and many other key areas.

But we also realise that growing our people is not just about courses and programmes. We like to think laterally about career paths too and some of our staff make cross-functional moves or progress within their departments. We encourage people to form support networks to share knowledge, experiences and ideas to enhance individual and team contribution.
