Casual Support Workers

(Competitive hourly rate + mileage allowance)

Fostering First Ireland (FFI) is a leading non-statutory fostering agency in Ireland, working in partnership with Health Service Executives to provide over 80 children and young people with a positive foster care experience.

Suitably experienced people are required to undertake direct work and support work with children and young people who are placed with foster carers. The work is varied and includes transportation, planning/ supporting activities, individual or group work.

We are looking for enthusiastic people who have some experience of working with children with challenging behaviour and who are prepared to work unsociable hours, including weekends.

We are also looking for people with experience of working with children and families with disability and also people who have provided supervised contact for children and families.

Induction, training and support will be provided

A full driving licence, good driving record and use of a comprehensively insured vehicle are essential.
